Responsibilities

 

  • Lead small to large scale initiatives for multiple Salesforce instances, integrations and related applications through the design, development, testing and implementation phases.
  • Manage a small team of internal and external resources to provide functional and technical support for Salesforce/PSA legacy applications.
  • Gather, translate and prioritize business requirements into end-to-end application solutions, working closely with Enterprise IT and business teams.
  • Create a playbook to onboard new groups (Mergers and Acquisition, etc.)
  • Oversee and advance audit controls/compliance and disaster recovery. Ensure new and existing applications meet security and audit requirements.
  • Evaluate new technologies and solutions.
  • Produce system design documents and refine application documentation process.
  • Establish a technical Salesforce training program to onboard new Salesforce technical staff and advance existing technical staff.
  • Represent CRM applications on the Architecture Review Board.
  • Work with other IT teams to integrate Salesforce with key applications.
  • Leverage strong analytical and problem-solving skills to solve business problems.
  • Manage the performance of direct reports by defining accountabilities, establishing performance objectives, providing feedback and guidance, and ensuring that all policies are understood and followed.
  • Performs other duties as directed.

  • University Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline
  • 10 or more years of in-depth application experience with Salesforce Sales, Service Cloud, consulting experience preferred
  • Salesforce Certified Application Architect (Data Architect, Sharing and Visibility Architect, Platform Developer and Platform App Builder), Administrator and Advanced Administrator Certifications required
  • Salesforce Sales, Service, Community (Experience) Cloud Consultant Certifications preferred.
  • Experience leading large scale successful Salesforce implementations for global enterprises
  • Agile project management experience a must have
  • Experience designing across multiple systems which may include Salesforce Sales, Service, Commerce, Experience Clouds; Oracle ERP, web applications, web services, system integration, data strategy, and reporting services.
  • Ability to thrive in a matrixed environment and adjust to changing priorities and participation in multiple projects.
  • Expert in application/solution design, configuration / system setup and documentation.
  • Highly motivated individual willing to commit to a rewarding and challenging role that requires virtual participation on the occasional weekend and after normal business hours.
  • Strong management experience along with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with Copado, Einstein Analytics/Tableau, Azure DevOps, Oracle CPQ, Oracle ERP, Informatica, and Marketo preferred.
