About EMC Wireless services: Electronic devices and radio systems can suffer effects resulting from unintended electromagnetic interactions and/or equipment emissions, known in the industry as electromagnetic interference (EMI). For this reason, many countries require new products to comply with electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) before launch. EMC compliance testing helps to prevent EMI, can resolve underlying design flaws and position you and your product toward market access.

What you’ll learn & achieve:

  • Drives global Margin improvement of EMC-W business utilizing the individual’s operational and technical skills in the area of EMC-Wireless.
  • Performs capacity and capability studies and supports strategies under the guidance of leadership to meet market demands.
  • Works with the automation team to determine necessary features and roadmap for the global lab automation testing.
  • Works closely with operational leads to identify opportunities to maximize utilization and best use of equipment and resources.
  • Provides support in the decision process for EMC-W capital investment.
  • Supports training for new programs, new locations and new capabilities
  • Pushes forward growth by establishing and launching new business initiatives and/or optimizing day-to-day procedures to ensure the organization run efficiently.
  • Supports to build dashboard and release regular report on the global EMC-W business performance covering the financial and productivity aspects. Also, provide updates on the progress of key initiatives
  • Lead the global operation of the EMC-W council business
  • Responds effectively to urgent and sensitive issues.
  • Follow all physical and digital security practices.
  • Performs other duties as directed.

What makes you a great fit:

  • University Degree in Electrical Engineering or Physics
  • 10 years of directly related work experience in EMC & Wireless
  • Solid experience in EMC & Wireless operations. It is a plus to have experience running an EMC & Wireless lab or hands on experience performing EMC/Wireless testing and documenting processes
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to lead discussions globally across different cultures
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and collaborate with others on the team
  • Demonstrates the ability to analyze and interpret a wide variety of materials including analyses, data and financial reports
  • Demonstrates the ability to listen, learn and coach.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Fluent in English
