Marketing Operations Specialist-Hybrid based in Northbrook, IL
We are looking for a high-caliber, analytical, Marketing systems and process expert who can join our talented Marketing Operations team and own the ongoing optimization and performance of our core Marketing Technology Stack (Adobe Workfront, Digital Asset Management capability, Cvent, etc.) This Individual will be the lead owner of the Marketing Workflow system (Workfront) and enable optimal process deployment in the system that supports the overarching goals of the Marketing function.
For our system focus, this Individual will be responsible for maintaining and improving user experience and optimized process execution in Adobe Workfront and support our integrated Marketing Tech stack investments. They will have a keen eye for analytics and Marketing process improvements and understand how critical it is to enable efficiency across the Marketing sub-functions.
From a process perspective, this Individual will own architecture and integrations, system build outs/updates, and general administration related to Adobe Workfront and other marketing systems. They will collaborate closely with stakeholders across Marketing to properly implement the right changes (software and process). They will also find innovative ways to continuously improve process performance and evolve application of the Adobe Workfront platform.
