Job Function


We are looking for a high-caliber, analytical, Marketing systems and process expert who can join our talented Marketing Operations team and own the ongoing optimization and performance of our core Marketing Technology Stack (Adobe Workfront, Digital Asset Management capability, Cvent, etc.) This Individual will be the lead owner of the Marketing Workflow system (Workfront) and enable optimal process deployment in the system that supports the overarching goals of the Marketing function.

For our system focus, this Individual will be responsible for maintaining and improving user experience and optimized process execution in Adobe Workfront and support our integrated Marketing Tech stack investments. They will have a keen eye for analytics and Marketing process improvements and understand how critical it is to enable efficiency across the Marketing sub-functions.

From a process perspective, this Individual will own architecture and integrations, system build outs/updates, and general administration related to Adobe Workfront and other marketing systems. They will collaborate closely with stakeholders across Marketing to properly implement the right changes (software and process). They will also find innovative ways to continuously improve process performance and evolve application of the Adobe Workfront platform.

If you enjoy dealing with Marketing Technology, process design and optimization as well as having a desire to build capabilities and set standards that enable a global Marketing team to achieve improved efficiency and effectiveness, you will enjoy this opportunity.

The successful candidate will have a can-do attitude, be self-sufficient to set and accomplish required tasks based on objectives given, and strong process expertise as well as a point of view on building and implementing new Marketing Technology capabilities.


Job Responsibilities:


  • SYSTEMS DESIGN | Develop, implement, and maintain processes, documentation and reference materials related to Workflow management in Adobe Workfront.


  • LEADERSHIP | Own the product roadmap for Adobe Workfront and related Marketing Technology stack (Cvent, Digital Asset Management etc.)


  • RELATIONSHIP BUILDING | Closely collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across Demand Generation, Strategic Marketing (including Product and Industry Marketing), Brand and Communications to deliver improved process efficiency within the Marketing Operating Model.


  • SUPPORT | Assist in the general administration of marketing systems and creation of Marketing Technology and process roadmap.



What makes you a great fit:

  • 2+ years in Marketing operational role or 2+ years as Adobe Workfront Administrator for Marketing desired.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing. Operations, or IT or Relevant Adobe Workfront Certifications


  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and ability to prioritize / focus with rapidly changing project requirements.


  • Ability to work with deadlines and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.


  • Experience building out documentation related to governance model and marketing process optimization.


  • Proven project management and prioritization skills.


  • Passionate about processes, automation, and Marketing Technology systems.


  • Working understanding of Marketing best practices, CAN-SPAM laws, etc.
