What you’ll learn & achieve:

  • Own funnel of digital platform inputs and outputs across COUs (existing and future)
  • Deployment and Execution of current tools to the milestones
  • Identify opportunities for digitalization /enhancement
  • Prioritization of the programs based on the needs /capacity
  • Ensure I&T team priorities are aligned with segment needs
  • Co-ordinates /conducts trainings
  • Collaborate with Innovation & Transformation lead development of TIC business application platforms and support
  • Understand key challenges and pain points within each segment on the platforms usage and enable the improved usability and change management
  • Lead team of program managers to support the operations in activating the digital transformation
  • Own the project milestones and work with COU leaders on the deployment to achieve employee, customer, and business benefits
  • Sits in the steering committee related to enterprise digitalization initiatives
  • Collaborate with the training leads to provide the needed trainings on the tools globally
  • Ensure tie back the benefits of the digitalization efforts to financial and customer success
  • Strong interaction with Innovation and Technology team. Work with digital architects on regular basis
  • Interaction with customers on need basis to understand their pain points and to translate into priorities
  • Interaction with industry experts on external benchmarking
  • Interaction with Customer Experience /Commercial excellence teams as well ULU

What makes you a great fit:

  • A minimum of 15 years of total professional experience; 2+ years in a senior leadership role or 3+ years in a business strategy role
  • Information Technology skillset
  • Technology savvy – understands and translates the impact of technology /digital platforms on UL services and customers
  • In depth knowledge of UL enterprise platforms
  • Experience working with diverse, global teams strongly preferred
  • Experience managing and delivering clear, impactful communications to internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to build credible relationships with multiple functions
  • Change agent
  • Ability to inspire, motivate, and influence behaviors to help change across an organization
  • Ability to adapt to rapidly changing priorities
  • Strong analytical mindset
  • Change Management experience with demonstrated use of change management tools
  • Ability to create business cases with detailed implementation plans
  • Experience building high-performing and highly collaborative teams
  • Experience driving strategic business growth
