As our global footprint continues to grow, we are looking for a Senior Process Consultant-ASPICE to join our consulting team at Method Park by UL! This position can be located remotely from anywhere in the United States.  

What you’ll learn & achieve:

  • Professional consulting and coaching on process improvement and Automotive SPICE®
  • Perform ASPICE assessments and gap analyses
  • Prepare customers for Automotive SPICE® assessments and audits
  • Support customer in process definition and deployment
  • Training and workshops on ASPICE topics
  • Take over customer projects and/or project management tasks, as needed
  • Works independently as an expert, requiring only minor/minimal guidance, to deliver results and solutions on both internal and external programs. 

  • Plays a program leadership role; for example by leading individual projects or leading project steps within a broader project, including accountability for on-going activities or objectives 

  • Acts as a resource and source of guidance, counsel and expertise for colleagues with less experience 

  • Capable to lead the development and preparation of materials and presentation of materials to target audiences. 

  • Serves as a mentor to more junior colleagues. 

  • Contribute to business development efforts by assisting in the definition of Statements of Work (SOWs) and providing budgetary estimates for client proposal development.

What makes you a great fit:

  • Bachelor’s degree from the STEM field or a comparable course of study
  • 2 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in the automotive industry and good knowledge of software development or, embedded software
  • Knowledge of ASPICE and ability to apply it to projects required
  • ASPICE Provisional / Competent Assessor certification preferred
  • Experience with ALM tools to support process implementation
  • Experience in process analysis and modeling
  • Excellent presentation and skills and ability to advocate best practices
  • Analytical skills, problem solving skills, conceptual and troubleshooting abilities to diagnose problems and come up with solutions
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% both domestic and internationally
