The ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) Administrator will be responsible for the development and ongoing administration of the HRSD tool, as well as other HR components in ServiceNow. As part of the IT Enterprise Technology Services team, you will collaborate with HR Shared Services and other business functions to ideate and implement technical enhancements that will increase efficiencies related to People and Culture processes. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the continuous improvement of our Case Management , Knowledge Management in ServiceNow as we modernize the HR Service Delivery Model for UL Solutions.
