The VP Commercial Operations is a member of the Commercial Excellence Leadership Team and reports to the Chief Commercial Officer. This role owns and leads a Center of Excellence to execute the vision and strategy of all commercial operations capabilities including sales operations, sales enablement, customer care and advocacy, and lead-to-order process and governance. Working in close partnership with the business leaders in Revenue Management, the VP Commercial Operations drives continuous improvement efforts to achieve go to market excellence and drive efficiencies to ensure aligned execution of key strategic initiatives. Directs account-based strategy, management and planning, sales enablement and sales performance management. Directs administrative, operational and budgetary planning, for Commercial Operations.
