What you’ll learn & achieve:

Conduct research on various strategic initiatives, create and present business plans and overall strategy for all initiatives, leveraging corporate/commercial real experience, including contract and lease negotiation and management of constructions projects. Identify and overcome barriers to successful completion. Lead cross functional teams on operations planning, data management and milestone tracking for the implementation of strategic initiatives. Organize and gather insights from data analytics to inform real estate strategy, customer analytics, and trade area development. Document processes, standardize as appropriate and create detailed process documents. Build financial cases around projects, determine ROI and establish other metrics to evaluate a project. Coordinate communication and ensure it is streamlined with the cross functional teams, stakeholders and Senior Management team as it relates to all projects and initiatives. Build effective partnerships with internal and external customers. Supervises one (1) Real Estate Specialist. 25% international and domestic travel to UL locations. *This position qualifies for UL LLC’s employee referral policy program.*

What makes you a great fit:

Master’s degree in business administration, real estate, finance, or related and seven (7) years of experience in finance, project management, business management, or related

Must have work experience in each of the following: 1) 5 years of corporate/commercial real estate experience including contract and lease negotiation and management of constructions projects; 2) organize and gather insights from data analytics to inform real estate strategy, customer analytics, and trade area development; 3) strategy development and business process optimization, time studies, and operational excellence; and 4) real estate strategy and portfolio optimization.
