What you’ll learn & achieve:

  • Influence and lead business partners in the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of their college recruiting strategies
  • Partner with business teams to develop job descriptions, interview guides, and function-specific collateral (infographics, presentations)
  • Build and execute engagement strategies & Annual Operating Plans across key universities, ensuring the right presence/attendance at career fairs, networking events, student/diversity org partnerships, classroom presentations, and interviews.
  • Attend on-campus events and activities, with heavy travel in the Fall and Spring.
  • Identify appropriate team members to represent UL on campus & provide training prior to engagement events & interviews
  • Manage candidate and hiring team communications, including preparing students & intern managers for the Summer Internship Program
  • Assist in the development & execution of the Summer Intern Program
  • Assess the overall effectiveness of the recruiting season with the business and key universities, using data to make improvements to increase our success. 
  • Provide teams with insight on trends, external benchmarking, and applicability as it relates to campus recruiting

What makes you a great fit:

  • University Degree (Equivalent to a Bachelor’s Degree), plus generally 5-7 years of campus recruiting experience in a corporate environment
  • High level of professional maturity and track record of developing strong client partnerships
  • Experience partnering with University faculty, student groups, and professors
  • Experience planning events within a corporate setting
  • Experience designing, leading, or executing a summer internship program
  • Ability to travel up to 40%, with intense travel during Fall and Spring
  • Excellent project management skills with demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities
  • Ability to think innovatively and take action independently in an environment that is often ambiguous and dynamic
  • Track record of developing strong client partnerships
