As the Sr. Talent Acquisition Diversity Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in leading the delivery and execution of our global diversity recruiting strategy. You’ll research & identify the appropriate diversity organizations to develop relationships with, and build out our respective partnership strategies for each.
You will collaborate with the business, HR, Business Resource Groups, Diversity Ambassadors, and the Talent Acquisition team across the globe to execute these plans, with the ultimate goal of increasing the diversity of our talent pipeline, amplifying our brand, and continuing to attract top talent.
