What you’ll learn & achieve:

As the Sr. Talent Acquisition Diversity Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in leading the delivery and execution of our global diversity recruiting strategy. You’ll research & identify the appropriate diversity organizations to develop relationships with, and build out our respective partnership strategies for each.


You will collaborate with the business, HR, Business Resource Groups, Diversity Ambassadors, and the Talent Acquisition team across the globe to execute these plans, with the ultimate goal of increasing the diversity of our talent pipeline, amplifying our brand, and continuing to attract top talent.

  • Build and execute engagement strategies & Annual Operating Plans with key external diversity partners, positioning UL for success
  • Lead the ongoing identification, evaluation, and implementation of new diversity programs
  • Manage conference planning, including developing a Run of Show, identifying/training participants, and leading post-event candidate engagement  
  • Partner closely with the Talent Acquisition team and the head of DEI to ensure Talent Acquisition Advisors are maximizing hiring opportunities amongst diverse talent, that they are focused on expanding their diversity sourcing capabilities, and are consistently implementing new diversity recruitment initiatives  
  • Partner with the business, HR, TA, and Business Resource Groups (BRG’s) on the mobilization of respective teams and driving the right presence at events by securing appropriate representation
  • When/where possible, attend engagement activities, conferences, and interview days with a clear plan to develop relationships and a referral network
  • Assist in the development and implementation of attraction strategies, ensuring that our brand, message, and strategy is congruent
  • Provide teams with insight on trends, external benchmarking, and applicability as it relates to diversity recruiting

What makes you a great fit:

  • University Degree (Equivalent to a Bachelor’s Degree), plus generally 5-7 years of recruiting experience in a corporate environment or as an agency recruiter
  • Diversity initiative experience strongly preferred, including prior experience working with various diversity organizations
  • Experience planning events within a corporate setting
  • Ability to travel up to 40%
  • Excellent project management skills with demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities
  • Ability to think innovatively and take action independently in an environment that is often ambiguous and dynamic
  • Track record of developing strong client partnerships
