Global Field Operations Manager is responsible for the development, implementation and management of the field strategy for the GMP, QMS and Food Safety audit business in conjunction with business leadership. Responsible to lead and manage regional field managers and field supervisors in the planning and execution of GMP, QMS and Food Safety audit business in conjunction with business leadership. Through direct and indirect reports, develops and manages the pipeline of potential auditors and the utilization of qualified field staff including coordinating with technical services for the training of new and experienced staff on the completion of assigned client GMP, QMS and food safety audits (supply chain). Manages operational procedures and develops best practices related to the conduct of audits meeting consistency, quality and ethical standards. Direct responsibility for budget management including revenue attainment and margin analysis and adjustment related to auditor pool, and controlling costs related to auditor competency development.
