What you’ll learn & achieve:

The Associate Process Automation Developer is involved with monitoring the automation performance, handling of errors, disaster recovery, exception managing, development and testing. The Controller is part of the agile development team responsible for building and working on process automation enterprise grade software build in the Microsoft.NET framework.

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Working with an agile team to develop, test, and Monitor RPA business solutions
  • Process automation monitoring and troubleshooting, status reporting, testing and issue resolution across all the phases
  • Provide day-to-day technical administration including upgrades and release management, analyzing log files, configuration file changes, installation and configuration documents, upgrade validation/testing, change control, and technical issue/problem resolution
  • Assisting in the collection and documentation of process design and user's requirements
  • Preparing reports, manuals and other documentation on the status, operation and monitoring of software
  • Working with teammates in the development and design of RPA solutions in accordance with agile methodology
  • Analyzing and resolving technical and application problems
  • Adhering to high-quality development principles while delivering solutions on-time and on-budget
  • Providing first and second level support to internal clients
  • Provides other duties as directed

 

What makes you a great fit:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited University in Engineering/Computer Science, Finance or other related field is required.
  • Solid understanding of programming concepts (R, Python, SAS, etc.)
  • Solid understanding of relational database design and querying concepts (SQL)
  • Familiarity with version control concepts
  • Exposure to Microsoft .NET development preferred
  • Exposure to web development using HTML, CSS and JavaScript
  • Knowledge of agile development methodologies
