What you’ll learn & achieve:

Establish, maintain and grow client relationships by engaging with clients related to testing, audits, and inspections programs with UL.  Primary point of contact and liaison between UL Retail and Consumer Product (RTP) business unit and our clients related to client programs. May function as the primary point of contact for RCP program clients. Functions may be required to be performed remotely, within UL offices, or at client locations.

  • Serve as primary point of contact between Client Program Team and assigned client contacts
  • Pro-actively communicate with clients in a professional and clear manner
  • Follow up on inquiry calls, respond to specific client inquiries promptly and professionally
  • Participate in client discussions regarding testing, audits, inspections and other service needs and program development, onboarding and delivery
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge on client programs and trends
  • Ensure Program Requirements are clearly documented, communicated, and updated throughout the organization
  • Collaborate and coordinate with Operations, Support Services, Quality Assurance, Sales, Business Development and other affiliated stakeholders to ensure that clients experience superior service
  • Provide training to colleagues on programs and processes
  • Support quarterly business reviews, corrective action plans, and client projects

What makes you a great fit:

  • Ability to be on-site with a major client in New York City (5 days/week)
  • 3-5 years of related experience
  • Familiarity with testing, audits, inspections within the TIC industry
  • Demonstrated written, oral and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of in-house staff and clients
  • Ability to identify problems and offer workable solutions
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • General college degree or equivalent
