We are hiring for a Talent Acquisition Advisor to join UL as a strategic recruitment partner for our sales organization based in North America (US/Canada). You'll be responsible for engaging internal and external talent as we grow UL's global salesforce. The Senior TA Advisor will be a member of a dynamic & creative team of recruitment professionals dedicated to delivering a best in class candidate experience. You'll be leading the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, delivering creative sourcing strategies, providing market insights and data to drive decisions for staffing critical roles. This is a critical role in the team that provides an exciting platform to make significant impact through the people we hire and engaging with global leaders across multiple functions.

• Develop and drive tailored recruitment strategies to meet the needs of one of UL's largest and fastest growing functions: sales!
• Work directly with hiring managers and HR advisors to define job requirements and develop knowledge of internal customer groups to effectively target recruitment efforts in a cost-effective and efficient manner
• Demonstrate creative sourcing techniques to identify top active / passive talent for a variety of sales and customer facing roles
• Articulate and represent UL’s value proposition to candidates through clear and compelling messages about our mission and values
• Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers providing counsel on the talent market, hiring decisions and offer negotiations 
• Enable data driven decision making through analysis of recruiting data, external market insights and emerging trends within the recruitment industry
• Engage with HR leaders to provide data and insights that inform current and future sales recruitment needs

• University Degree is required.
• 5 years of recruiting experience in a corporate environment or as an agency recruiter is required
• Experience recruiting sales professionals across various levels is preferred
• Proven ability to identify and recruit talent in a fast-paced environment 
• Demonstrated success utilizing social networks pro-actively to source candidates 
• Ability to alternate sourcing techniques to find potential candidates 
• Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated experience building relationships with employees at all levels of an organization 
• Working knowledge of labor law and how it applies to interviewing, selection, recruitment, and placement 
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills 
• Ability to effectively coordinate multiple jobs, projects, and administrative duties simultaneously
