What you’ll learn & achieve:

  • Provides hands-on technical ServiceNow platform leadership in partnership with regional leads, internal administration, and global colleagues.
  • Works to define team structure and global operating model in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understands customer business drivers required to architect strategic roadmaps, future platform upgrades, and modernization to increase adoption across the enterprise by unlocking all the platform capabilities
  • Supports strategic business platform owners in creating the overall roadmap and shapes demand for enterprise platform consumption.
  • Supports customer platform team alignment with the business strategy, roadmap, and platform governance policies.
  • Engages with customer stakeholders at multiple levels and build strategic relationships to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction
  • Works closely with internal teams (delivery, operations & engineering) to communicate customer feedback on product and project performance.
  • Identifies Industry trends and best practices across domains and work internally with the Engineering teams to craft additional service offerings in response to market needs.
  • Tracks and reports on ServiceNow platform metrics with a keen eye on continuous improvement.
  • Manages rapid growth and business enablement via best practices ServiceNow platform management and leadership.
  • Manages account transitions in alignment with operations, engineering, and delivery teams.
  • Builds partner-of-choice relationships with ServiceNow stakeholders.


What makes you a great fit:

  • Minimum of three years (3) experience on the ServiceNow platform servicing as a Senior Developer and/or Architect including advanced ServiceNow development and architecture skills
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification is strongly preferred
  • ServiceNow expertise across the platform as a business owner, architect, consultant, or other leadership roles
  • Hands-on experience managing complex enterprise solutions related to business and IT transformation efforts
  • Excellent communication skills, interface with hands-on technical staff, present complex concepts and plans to Director and Executive leadership effectively in a concise and impactful manner
  • Advanced JavaScript development skills, including applicability within the ServiceNow ecosystem
  • Advanced HTML development skills
  • Experience with JSON
  • Ability to derive architecture that follows best practices from functional requirements
  • Ability to perform ServiceNow Application Configuration
  • Experience with extending the ServiceNow schema to custom applications
  • A fundamental understanding of ITSM, ITIL, or CMDB
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to demonstrate influence in a consultative fashion to stakeholders and other team members.
  • Fundamental knowledge of networking, including TCP/IP ports and firewalls, network protocols, and IP networks
  • Ability to perform upgrades, patches, and hotfixes when available to mitigate the risk of potential vulnerabilities.
