The Senior Leave Administration Specialist is responsible for administering all United States leave programs and policies from initiation through closure, including all appropriate communications, transactional updates, and claim reviews involving employee HR records and pay and benefits coordination. This role will be responsible for providing consistent, quality care in a high-volume service center environment. The Senior Leave Administration Specialist will also serve as a subject matter expert guiding best practices related to leave management. This role is critical in ensuring compliance with all benefit regulatory and reporting matters, maintaining up-to-date leave benefit plan and policy documents, managing vendor relationships, and providing exceptional internal support across our organization.
