What you’ll learn & achieve:

As our global footprint continues to expand, we are looking for a Senior Advisor with expertise in the payment industry. The Payment advisory service offering at UL is very diverse and supports our clients in embracing the adoption of digital payments. As a Senior Advisor, you will have an opportunity to demonstrate and gain expertise in the area of Open banking, EMV Payments, Instant Payments, E-commerce and M-commerce payments.

  • Serve as a UL ambassador in the customer environment and independently provide advisory services to our customers
  • Deliver complex client engagements and deliver workshop and trainings to the client
  • Responsible for the quality of project deliverables. Meet customer demands and delivery requirements in all respects
  • Promote UL offerings beyond traditional services by proactively recognizing synergies and innovative solutions
  • Proactively seek feedback from colleagues and customers, and use it to identify opportunities for improvement and / or suggest changes for our solutions
  • Contribute to the knowledge building of the team via training and coaching of new employees
  • Global platform to demonstrate your knowledge and experience
  • Develop thought leadership
  • Opportunity to learn other ecosystems too (Transit and Identity)

What makes you a great fit:

  • 5+ years of professional experience in consulting or payment industry
  • Working experience of payment technology like EMV, Open banking, Instant Payments, Mobile Payments, 3DS
  • Excellent presentation skills, proven experience in customer facing engagement
  • Agility and ability to adapt to various technical and organizational environments
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and desire to walk extra mile for the customer and UL’s success
  • Excellent Problem solving, Analytical skills and outside box thinking
  • Ability to lead complex project while keeping motivation of the team high
  • Eager to learn and grow in the payment ecosystem as well as other functional areas
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics or a related technical discipline
