In Store Puller

• Establish cordial, respectful relationship with Walmart store associates
• Analyze testing history to determine if in-store testing is required
• Understand and apply all relevant in-store testing rules (Hardlines, Softlines, and Homelines) to determine merchandise ready for testing
• Work with specific pull lists to acquire exactly what is required to satisfy a request and/or complete testing
• Work closely with other In-Store Auditors to ensure sample requests are complete & accurate
• Work with Receiving area to count-in merchandise and assist with grouping
• Support all of client's pulling activity, as requested (e.g. visit other retailers for benchmark shopping trips, travel to stores regionally, assist In-store pullers as needed etc.)
• Associate’s time could be split between office-based analytical work (identifying merchandise to pull / test), and in-store pulling activity
• Perform any other related duties as required or assigned

• Associates Degree and/or relevant experience preferred; minimum of high school diploma and one year related experience required
• Must be very well organized and capable of managing many projects simultaneously
• Must work with a sense of urgency and attention to detail.
• Previous merchandising experience / familiarity with client’s product mix is a strong plus    
• Advanced Excel and Retail Link is a plus
• Must be familiar with other Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to effectively communicate information and respond to questions in person-to-person and small group situations with customers, clients, general public and other employees of the organization.
