What you’ll learn & achieve:

Under minimal supervision, the Administrative Specialist performs a wide variety of administrative data entry duties, including back office document management processing. Enters complex data into several systems. Resolves complicated and sensitive questions and problems.  Request further information for projects that are deemed incomplete; utilizing multiple SOP’s / work instructions daily. This position has minimal customer interaction and does not require meeting or travel coordination.

 

Applicants must possess strong critical thinking and analytical skills demonstrating the ability to balance support of new initiatives as well as repetitive day to day tasks without sacrificing quality. Must work well independently and providing feedback when applicable.

 

- Applies varied and moderately complex clerical procedures, methods, and techniques to support business functions and processes.

- Demonstrates time management skills by prioritizing daily duties and contributing to special tasks as needed.

- Assists in preparing reports, documents, answering questions regarding processes and procedures and reporting needed changes.

- Performance measurements include, but are not limited to, quality accuracy and task completion goals.

- Performs other duties as directed.

  • Higher Secondary Education. One-year clerical experience.
  • UL has COVID-19 protocols and policies in place. Business related travel on behalf of UL requires proof of COVID-19 vaccination.
