What you’ll learn & achieve:

Report Team Leader will manage a report team of approximately 10 employees located throughout the US. Reporting Team Leader will be responsible for report production and delivery, management of project status and assist in the development of new report templates and project types. Job duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Track report stages on a continuous basis to ensure reports go out in a timely manner.
  • Track report generation output and develop procedures to optimize team productivity.
  • Conduct weekly team meetings with internal regional stakeholders.
  • Manage client requests for reporting deadlines.
  • Maintain and update client report delivery requirements.
  • Work with Operations and Program Managers to update and develop new report templates.
  • Client services responsibility to include report interpretation and discussion.
  • Report generation and editing.
  • Provide recommendations on needs or opportunities for improvements to the leadership team.

What makes you a great fit:

  • Bachelor's degree and management experience preferred.
  • Candidate should have strong people and process management and customer service skills.
  • Technical writing skills and editing aptitude also required.
  • UL has COVID-19 protocols and policies in place. Business related travel on behalf of UL requires proof of COVID-19 vaccination.
