What you’ll learn & achieve:

The Associate Live and Digital Event Specialist plans and implements lead acquisition-driven virtual, hybrid and in-person event experiences to meet business goals and objectives, acting as tactical owner throughout the event lifecycle. Events include digital webinars, in-person and virtual tradeshows, summits, customer events, lab openings and more. Reporting to the Live and Digital Events Manager, Americas and Europe, responsibilities include:



  • Understands event strategy, consults on best approach to event design and owns fulfilment
  • Tracks deliverables, coordinates all vendors and departments during pre, live and post event phases
  • Ensures regional events are on-brand, legally compliant, safe, sustainable, and secure
  • SME (subject matter expert) of event tools, platforms, and processes 
  • Partners with event operations and other marketing groups for a streamlined event management experience
  • Carefully oversees live event happenings and manages potential real-time incidents 

Event management

  • Project schedule and timeline
  • Attendee communication (internal and external)
  • Operate within budget
  • Booth/Exhibit management
  • Housing management/ rooming lists, transportation
  • Coordinate graphics and signage, specs, menus, banquet event orders, etc.
  • External vendor sourcing, negotiation, management
  • Manifests, event documents, show reports (as required)
  • Manage and reconcile payments
  • Managing changes
  • On-site event management
  • Post-event reconciliation
  • Evaluate success; share results and apply learnings to optimize future events

Event tech expertise

  • Webinar production
  • Virtual and hybrid event production
  • Mobile Apps for lead retrieval, event check-in, etc.
  • Training to and enablement of stakeholders in event tech
  • Reporting and insights

What makes you a great fit:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in (demand generation) event planning and production
  • Experience with digital and virtual event platform software
  • Experience with vendor sourcing, management, and negotiations
  • Experience working with diverse, cross-functional, global teams
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, teamwork and project management skills
  • Passionate about events and understands the deadline-driven demands affiliated with delivering successful event experiences
  • Has a growth mindset and is committed to carrying out event experiences in an evolving environment
  • CMP (Certified Meeting Professional), CTSM (Certified Tradeshow Marketer) a plus
