What you’ll learn & achieve:

  • Manage administrative aspects of Emergo’s Vigilance Consulting Projects
  • Open Vigilance projects as needed within PSA, and create appropriate assignments
  • Manage timely submission of all consultant timesheets and send reminders in advance of deadlines
    • Reconcile timesheet entries with third party consultant invoices
  • Provide reporting information and summary of time worked to client as requested
  • Maintain and regularly update Vigilance tracking spreadsheet for each market
  • Set task reminders related to follow up/final reporting and Competent Authority response deadlines within EmergoNET
  • Management of Annual Vigilance confirmation letters
    • Ensure letters are sent prior to established deadlines
    • Monitor and initiate follow up activities
  • Send client email receipt acknowledgements when needed
  • Review client document information saved to EmergoNET, and confirm all necessary information is on file
  • Management of the Global Vigilance Website
    • Perform regular reviews of content and confirm links to additional resources are active
  • Initiate discussions related to the improvement of internal processes and procedures.
  • Provide training to new colleagues
  • Other dutities as specified
  • Organization of Global Vigilance team meetings
    • Schedule as deemed necessary by the team
    • Provide an agenda for discussion points
    • Monitor and follow up on agreed upon activities.

What makes you a great fit:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Experience with organizing a program
  • Basic knowledge of UL objectives and structure
  • Client facing experience, a plus
  • Fluency in English, additional languages a plus
