What you’ll learn & achieve:

The Campaign Strategy and Messaging team is seeking a highly organized, customer service minded team member with a passion for doing great work in a high-volume environment. The Campaign Activation Specialist position will coordinate marketing requests for the entire Demand Generation function and requires both exceptional execution and the ability to build and maintain relationships with colleagues and clients.


The ideal candidate must have demonstrated project management experience and be able to coordinate the flow of all projects from handoff to completion. This position is responsible for the overall intake, assignment and delivery of individual marketing tactic and marketing campaigns to successfully request and receive support from all Demand Generation functions. Additionally, oversees execution of small tactical marketing requests. This person must strive to ensure that projects are delivered on time, on budget, and that all deliverables meet or exceed client expectations.


  • Maintain solid understanding of business priorities and evaluate incoming requests to ensure Demand Generation team resources are used appropriately
  • Review requests to ensure all required materials are attached and information are completed
  • Partner with the Paid, Owned and Earned teams to track individual team member bandwidth and availability to balance workloads
  • Facilitate project kick-off meetings, negotiate and influence outcomes for comprehensive projects
  • Create and assign tasks in Teamwork, facilitate on-going communication between functions, and adjust tasks and deadlines as needed to complete projects on schedule
  • Manage multiple single tactic requests and establish, track and meet schedules for multiple projects while maintaining high quality and exceptional customer service
  • Support Campaign Strategy to build out complex Teamwork projects and help manage tasks throughout campaign execution
  • Follow and promote marketing project processes, identify training opportunities and contribute to ongoing process improvement
  • Collaborate with Strategic Marketing, Brand Activation and all functions across global Demand Generation te

What makes you a great fit:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in managing single and comprehensive marketing requests.
  • Experience working with diverse, global teams strongly preferred
  • Experience in reviewing and project managing marketing tactics and campaigns inclusive of events, digital, social and nurture
  • Experience organizing and managing multiple projects at once
  • Experience using project management software, e.g., Teamwork or smiliar software
