What you’ll learn & achieve:

The Marketing Enablement Specialist provides leadership to improve, scale, and support efficient Marketing processes. They will support:

  • Marketing process building & refinement
  • Operations support for Demand, Event, and Martech Strategy
  • Ownership of the Budget management tool and processes
  • Contract tracking
  • Project management
  • Identifying Marketing efficiencies and plans to address them
  • Savings from synergies identified and process improvements
  • Responsible for end-to-end marketing optimization through the organization of process and technology
  • Close interaction with UL Leadership, Demand Generation and Global Campaigns, Brand Activation, Regional Leadership, Legal, Procurement, Finance, and Sales Operations
  • Serves internal customers by identifying opportunities that benefit marketing objectives; delivers solutions that meet customer expectations; establishes and maintains effective customer relationships
  • Designs and develops scalable processes within the department that guarantee best practices
  • Leads marketing business and technology project plans for business and technology process improvement initiatives
  • Supports marketing system integrations and migrations for acquired companies
  • Ensures strong cross-functional partnerships at multiple levels across the organization with business units, client services, sales, operations and finance
  • Drives ongoing analysis of marketing investments and operations
  • Identifies and implements measurable analytics to support team performance objectives
  • Oversees continued process optimization
  • Drives documentation of marketing team processes and technology processes
  • Partners with internal stakeholders to identify and support business needs and requirements

What makes you a great fit:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or related field
  • Technical knowledge of the latest digital marketing tools and channels, operations experience
  • Minimum 8 years’ experience in managing marketing efficiency, effectiveness, and agility through process, infrastructure, marketing technology tools/solutions and measurement support
  • Experience in leading project management teams and programs to drive marketing process improvement
  • Experience in documenting and delivering on process improvement roadmaps from concept through enablement to ensure high adoption and high success
  • Experience delivering both data-driven and experience-driven insights and work cross-functionally to iterate and improve upon Marketing’s enablement strategy
  • Experience in using agile, lean methodologies to seek process enhancement and efficiency while balancing scale
  • Experience partnering with corporate architecture and technology groups to ensure compliance of Marketing solutions with all relevant enterprise standards and to leverage existing corporate platforms and technologies
  • Experience in improving the consistency and organization of internal marketing documentation
  • Experience in overseeing training programs for internal users on how to use technology and continually educate the team on new features and best practices
  • Experience directing internal creative partners, external agency partners and other vendors on projects, timelines, budgets, and deliverable
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices; knowledgeable in current and possible future policies, practices, trends, and information the business and organization; is aware of how strategies and tactics work in the marketplace
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM solutions; sufficient IT knowledge to document needed technology requirements to scale or improve marketing business processes
