What you’ll learn & achieve:

As our global footprint continues to grow, we are looking for a Project Coordinator with a focus on project management of regulatory affairs/consulting to join our team. This role supports the U.S. and E.U. regions of our medical devices consulting team and helps clients navigate regulatory approval processes.

  • Manages projects of mid to high-level complexity to ensure scope, timelines, and deliverables are all carried out. Coordinator for accounts with high-dollar and/or high-volume projects, where resources from multiple markets, offices, or departments are required.Versitile project manager able to manage projects for any market or service as needed with a focus on projects for the US and European markets.
  • Team builder able to proactively research project issues, strategizes with subject matter experts and sales representatives to solve them.
  • Provides service leadership in a specified market by: keeping abreast of any changes in laws and regulations and communicating these; working with consultants to evaluate ways to improve the service provided; helping to ensure local office is functional and compliant; identifying opportunities to increase PM efficiency; and maintaining digital services tools (Regulatory Affairs Management Suite, SharePoint site and FAQs) to ensure information is up-to-date.
  • Serves as subject matter expert/trainer for 1-2 services and processes.
  • Responsible for the successful implementation of 1-2 larger scale Operations/Corporate projects with cross-functional team members, under the direction of the project owner.
  • Meets team and department goals, and helps others on the team meet these goals.
  • Responsible for project timelines, consultant follow-up, and meeting project deadlines.
  • Executes projects per basic best practices.
  • Monitor project budget and consultant hours per department metrics.
  • Send project status reports to clients on a regular basis, at least quarterly.
  • Support consultants by addressing frequently asked questions from clients. Conduct project reviews with 2 or more consultants.

What makes you a great fit:

  • Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent based on evaluation of credentials, training and/or experience).
  • Microsoft Suite experience, such as Outlook, Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
  • Strong organizational, problem solving and leadership skills.
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills. Comfortable communicating with C-Level executives.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and proactively.
  • Ability to identify and manage priorities as demonstrated by the ability to establish, track and meet schedules for multiple projects while maintaining high quality and exceptional customer service.
  • Experience in project management
  • Industry experience, such as medical devices or regulatory affairs preferred
  • PMP Certification or related qualification preferred
