As our global footprint continues to grow, we are looking for a Client Services Coordinator to join our Technical Services Team in Bentonville, AR!

 

The Client Services Coordinator manages and coordinates assigned client accounts to insure that deadlines are met, lines of communication internally and with clients are kept open and processing of work and generation of technical reports is as efficient as possible. Under general direction, works from policies and general objectives from senior management. Interacts with all UL employees, as well as outside clients.

What you’ll learn & achieve:

  • Organize and process incoming client samples and maintain records.
  • Resolve any sample receipt issues with clients.
  • Communicate project schedules to clients.
  • Prepare and complete reports for assigned clients.
  • Contribute to program team to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Read and follow the Underwriters Laboratories Code of Conduct, and follow all physical and digital security practices.
  • Performs other duties as directed.

What makes you a great fit:

  • High School Diploma/GED Equivalency required. Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.  
    Textile experience is a plus.
  • Client services experience is a plus. 
  • Ability to use judgment in technical, client services, and management issues. 
  • Effective computer and communication skills, written and verbal. 
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
