    UL Product Supply Chain (PSI) is seeking a Product Marketing Manager for our Overland Park, KS office. Working hands-on with all business teams and stakeholders locally and globally, the successful candidate will develop positioning and messaging, product marketing road maps, delivering regional insights as well as liaising and project managing with other departments (i.e. Sales, Business Development, Operations). 


    • Collaborate and facilitate with Product Management on customer research to understand buyer needs and identify innovative ways to generate leads, as well as analyze market trends.
    • Work as a team to develop buyer personas and form thoughtful positioning statements and value propositions to align with buyer needs throughout the customer journey
    • Develop the marketing programs (digital, communications, trade shows, content, PR) necessary to generate qualified leads for the product and continuously communicate the product value throughout the customer journey
    • Support management and tracking of an annual product marketing plan and budget
    • Provide creative direction and develop copyfor marketing collateral including email campaigns, web content, sales decks, case studies, customer references
    • Work closely with Retail & Industry Shared Services to execute marketing programs and evaluate success
    • Develop tactics and tools for sales enablement
    • Measure and evaluate success using relevant KPIs to modify and optimize marketing programs
    • Work closely with Product Managers to align overall product and go-to-market strategies
    • Work closely with all Product Marketing Managers to ensure flawless communication to the market and work within the overall strategy to achieve both individual and corporate objectives


    • Generally 8 years of experience in Marketing or related role, developing and executing campaigns
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
    • Ability to travel 10-15% for tradeshows and other events
    • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with high quality and exceptional customer service
    • Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative, deadline-driven environment.
    • Demonstrated ability to interface with different levels of management.
