    The Life & Health Sciences (LHS) Commerical Operations Sales Analyst is responsible developing /improving data centered approach to improve the business processes. Provide meaningful insights to commercial team to strengthen sales enablement. Use advanced mathematical methods to analyze and interpret data from various sources. Owns and leads process improvement projects within LHS, and drive using lean six sigma methodology



    • Creates and maintains data solutions for Inquiry to Order value stream to support reporting, including but not limited to – sales performance metrics (KPIs), budget and forecasts, pricing models and margin analysis
    • Work closely with regional sales team to ensure the data accuracy in the systems, and provide support as needed to ensure the adoption of the tools
    • Provides data driven actionable insights to leadership (Eg, Win rate, price realization,..) on the improvement opportunities
    • Plans and supports projects to improve the operational efficiency and effectiveness of the sales force.
    • Gathers competitive intelligence & industry data to support the pricing decisions
    • Conducts complex analysis of datasets to assist in areas of research, development, process enhancement or other targeted business objectives
    • Apply DMAIC approach to problem solving
    • Performs other duties as directed.


    • University degree (equivalent to Bachelor’s degree) in Engineering, General Business, Sales or a related field.
    • 5+ years relevant experience in related role
    • Experience  with Microsoft Excel, MS Power BI, Data bases, Oracle, MS Dynamic or equivalent CRM system, and Oracle Financial Systems and in building data analytics methods and reports.
    • Project management background /skills.
    • Willingness to travel, and participate in conference calls and virtual meetings across multiple time zones.
