    UL is seeking a Toy Safety Project Manager to join our team in Rodgers, AR!

    • Participate in Industry and stake holder meetings as required to promote UL’s technical expertise to enable the commercial team to drive new business
    • Meet with regional lab technical staff to provide updates and share technical knowledge
    • Interprets regional regulations and standards for Global Labs
    • Liaison with PDE & Technical/LOB leads on Global Toy standards and requirements
    • Conducts webinars, presentations and workshops in for internal and external stakeholders
    • Reviews RFP’s for technical content
    • Acts as a technical point of contact for customers in region with regards to global standards and requirements.
    • Stay current on regulatory, product safety and performance testing trends
    • Develop and/or advise on the development of technical training for internal and external stakeholders
    • Advises on protocol development with regard to regional market
    • Attend/Participate in the Toy working group


    • University degree in Business Administration or related field plus generally ten years of directly related experience.
    • Demonstrated ability to facilitate customer meetings, negotiate and influence outcomes.
    • Strong program/project management and leadership skills to manage projects utilizing personnel from multiple disciplines.
    • Ability to identify and manage priorities as demonstrated by the ability to establish, track and meet schedules for multiple projects while maintaining high quality and exceptional customer service.
