    Responsibilities

    Under direct supervision, the Inbound Sales Representative responds to inbound requests and sells UL’s services to customers via phone and email. Acts as part of a sales team and supports professional sales staff. Responsible for closing the sale on lower-tier services. May also be involved in order fulfillment, post-sales, or administrative-related activities.

    • Reviews inbound inquiries and routes them to the appropriate sales teams.
    • Develops and sends quotations for specified categories of leads using standardized pricing tools.
    • Facilitates service delivery resource allocation by entering sales contracts into databases.
    • Performs follow-up of sent quotes and turns them into orders while meeting financial commitments.
    • Communicates with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate the completion of requests and projects.
    • Performs other duties as directed.

    Qualifications

    • Higher Secondary Education and one year of related experience.  Bachelor’s degree preferred.
    • Demonstrated ability to use various PC-based software packages.  Experience with Microsoft Office is preferred.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
    • Minimal business travel may be required.
