    Under minimal supervision, coordinate and manage complex projects for key accounts and high dollar opportunities.  Manage project activities in cross-functional teams while maintaining relationship and communication between customer and internal staff.  Support the project schedules, timeline/scope changes, documentation (often of a highly confidential nature), samples, project deliverables and communication.


    • Work with sales team to identify and collaborate on key opportunities that will develop into large/bundled projects.
    • Oversee quoting process and early discussions with sales and customer.
    • Coordinate with project handlers to gather all required documentation, timelines and samples to begin project.
    • Collaborate with each business segment and customer to identify timelines and preferred communication.
    • Maintain continuous communication during project until final deliverables are provided to customer and project is completed.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Minimal travel (with sales) to customer facility to establish face-to-face relationship .
    • Serves on committees and represents the viewpoint of management.
    • Manages program performance by evaluating performance to standards and implementing corrective actions.
    • Performs other duties as directed.


    • University degree in Business Administration or related field plus generally 6 years of directly related experience.
    • PMP Certification is a plus.
    • Demonstrated ability to independently identify needs for projects or programs, formulate objectives, plan and execute projects and/or programs, and manage programs.
    • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
