    • Responsible for the impelmentation of process strategies related to the Technical Services department for Food Safety, GMP And QMS Audit Business. 
    • Assesses technical content of audit documents i.e. CAPA forms, audit reports, checklists and High Score Justification.
    • Able to understand specific industry standards, Food Safety and cGMP requirements.
    • Effectively communicates with Auditors, Clients and Internal Staff.
    • Interacts with auditors regarding completion and quality of audit documents.
    • Review of substantiating documentation received from Suppliers or Client. 
    • Provides frequent summary of audit report gaps, updates and recommendations following offsite evaluations provided to Clients and/or Suppliers.
    • Collection and evaluation (approval or rejection) of CAPA plan submitted by vendor following Audits. 
    • Organizes and reports Red Flag/Critical Safety and/or Comliance conerns based on audit reports issued by Field Staff. 



    • University Degree (Equivalent to Bachelor’s degree) in Science or a related disciplines
    • Minimum two years experience in consumer product safety and compliance.   
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
    • Creative and innovative thinking to problem solve and streamline processes.
    • Ability to remain, objective and professional in challenging situations
    • Ability to work in fast paced work environment both independently and in a group setting and to interact with all levels of staff and Client. 
    • Monitors performance of Field Team to improve the performance in quality and build productive capacity.
