    UL EHS Sustainability is seeking a Product Marketing Manager for our Princeton, NJ office. The Product Marketing Manager will create and execute the go to market and lifecycle product plans for our PURE Learning product suite. Working hands-on with all business teams and stakeholders locally and globally, the successful candidate will develop positioning and messaging, product marketing road maps, delivering regional insights as well as liaising and project managing with other departments (i.e. Sales, Business Development, Engineering, Operations). 


    • Develop compelling product marketing materials (i.e. data sheets, demos, videos, webinars, email copy, web copy, and explanatory content) in alignment with Business Unit shared services, regional and global execution teams.
    • Partner with the sales organization to provide exceptional sales tools that clearly articulate the value proposition messages.
    • Develop product positioning and messaging to differentiate our products.
    • Work in conjunction with our lead generation team to drive demand for our products.
    • Measure and optimize the buyer journey as it relates to product feature adoption and usage.
    • Liaise with product management team to understand client needs, product development, and client delivery.   
    • Effectively manage cross-functional initiatives with on-time delivery and teamwork.
    • Maintain knowledge of industry specific verticals through research, client meetings and external industry conferences.


    • A minimum of 5-7 years of professional experience in product marketing in a B2B technology environment; experience working in the eLearning and/or Life Sciences area is preferred.
    • Bachelor degree in Marketing or Business; MBA strongly preferred. 
    • The ability to extract business value from technical product solutions and understand and articulate the unique product characteristics.
    • Excellent communication skills: written, verbal, and the ability to develop powerful visual communications.
    • A track record of defining, building, and launching products that have achieved success with significant revenue growth.
    • Proven ability to direct and influence cross-functional, global teams.
    • Self-motivated, solid team player, and willing to lead in a high-growth environment.
    • An ability to work within a global matrixed environment.
    • Proven success in developing and implementing product marketing plans that have resulted in significant revenue growth.
    • Strong, demonstrable experience in product marketing, product management or related fields
    •  Excellent Interpersonal Skills, and must be comfortable presenting to both internal and external stakeholders as well as communicating with colleagues at all levels.
    • Knowledge and direct experience working within the Pragmatic Marketing Framework is an asset.
    • Outstanding follow-through, time management, and project management skills to deliver results.
    • Self-motivated, solid team player, and willing to lead in a high-growth environment.
    • Must possess a collaborative approach, strong relationship building skills and influencing skills, with a proven ability to influence cross-functional teams.
    • Strong analytical skills and must possess a strong financial and business acumen.
