    The Strategy and Solutions team leads the development and implementation of new service solutions within the Compliance and Interoperability Services (CIS) business line, and is consistently working on emerging technologies across several ecosystems including: Payments, Mobility, and other IOT applications. As a Strategy and Solutions Lead, you'll be responsible for leading and facilitating the definition, development, and transfer of new UL Identity Management & Security (IMS) solutions to ensure consistent market and revenue growth.


    • Leads the solution development process, which may involve creating new products and accompanied services to meet and/or anticipate customer needs.
    • Creates collaboration within Compliance and Interoperability Services (CIS) and across IMS during the solution development process.
    • Develop and maintain new processes to encourage strategic decision making within IMS, specifically as it pertains to key partnerships and industry organizations.
    • Participates in the full development life cycle of solutions and contributes to product development as well as operational implementation.
    • Supports the sales team during the commercialization of new solutions and contributes content expertise to internal and external training and communications.
    • Performs other duties as directed.


    • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years relevant working experience 
    • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams
    • Ability to collaborate and partner within a complex, matrix and global organization
    • Strong change management capabilities
    • Ability to understand new concepts quickly and work in a fast paced dynamic work environment
    • Uses business judgment and objective thinking to challenge status quo as needed
    • Is a self-starter, works well in ambiguous high-pressure situations and with minimal supervision
    • Must be able to travel 10-20 %
