Providing business and technical consulting services on design, implementation, testing and certification of solutions in the domain of payment security and EMV payment technology. Provide advisory services to UL Transaction Security customers and support them using UL products, including payment test tools. Define and evaluate specifications and architecture, prepare reports and information analysis and assist clients in test management. Proactively seek feedback from customers, use it to identify opportunities for improvement and suggest changes. Contribute to articles, papers and other materials that will increase customers’ awareness of company’s products and leadership in the industry. Function as domain expert in payment transactions and underlying technologies by keeping fully updated with the latest trends and developments in the payment industry. Master’s degree in computer science, computer engineering or related and 2 years of experience in testing and certification in the payments processing domain. In lieu of master’s degree plus two years’ experience, employer will accept a bachelor’s degree plus five years of experience in the same fields. Up to 70% travel to unanticipated travel locations.
Must have the following skills: 1)EMV Contact/Contactless and NFC; 2) ISO 8583, ISO 7816 and ISO 14443; 3) Kanest, ASTREX, BTT and VisuCard; 4) EMV Specifications, Discover DPAS, JCB and UP; 5) Payment
systems technical architecture design of terminal and host message systems; 6) Brand certification processes.
