Perform complex analysis and translation of business, information and technical requirements to achieve IT solutions that meet business needs. Develop design specifications and deliverables that support system enhancements. Lead project work for other technical IT functions including Data Security and Disaster Recovery. Mentor junior analysts. Collect and analyze information regarding technology processes and systems. Responsible for service management activities including overseeing and coordination across teams to resolve production and non-production issues affecting UL's software applications within SLAs. Perform incident, problem and change management. Responsible for tracking and reporting on operational metrics and SLAs for regular application health checks. Responsible for all incident management workflows. This position qualifies for the UL LLC employee referral program.
Bachelor’s degree computer science, computer engineering or related and 7 years of experience in software development.
Must have the following experience: 1) Service management including ITIL, process flow, scrum master and Service Now; 2) Coordinating with offshore teams; 3) SQL; 4) C#.NET and WCF; 5) AZURE Application Insights and Azure Operations Management Suite (OMS); 6) Ext JS.
