    We are seeking a Project Manager – Regional Follow-Up Services (FUS) Leader to join our growing team!


    In this position you will work across functions within the region and serve as the liaison for FUS with global counterparts.  This person will plan and assist with creating improvement initiatives that streamline activities to assure work flows and expectations are met. You will collaborate with clients and Field Engineers to assist with maintaining product Certification, oversee the activities of FUS Project Owners and take responsibility of local FUS sample testing processes. Additionally you will coordinate needs with local Engineering and Lab Managers, assure cohesive understanding of division FUS goals and collaborate with the Global FUS program manager on special projects and improvement initiatives to meet division goals.

    • Owns the project management of the FUS sample testing process within their region. Is responsible to assure staff is informed of KPIs and process improvements. Responsible for samples moving from phase to phase within the established KPIs. 
    • Works as the FUS sample testing liaison for the region. Collaborates with other regions on process improvement initiatives and facilitates work sharing with other regions. Thinks creatively about the future direction of the FUS Sample Testing process.
    • Interacts with Field staff to assure a cohesive environment and develops a clear understanding of Field Engineer responsibilities. Shares the in-office activities with Field Engineers to assure an understanding of needs and requirements of the others tasks, tools, etc. Attend area Field staff meetings and join Field Engineers during selected/some factory visits.
    • Proactively engages clients in FUS sample testing discussions. Seeks out feedback that will assist in enhancing the clients’ experiences with the process and assist with assuring clients’ understanding of continued Certification. Clearly communicates the FUS value proposition to clients.
    • Works with the global FUS Process team with regard to improvements.
    • Interacts with clients to introduce and use new tools available for managing sample submittals. 
    • Communicates effectively with all staff levels, Field staff and clients.
    • Performs other duties and responsibilities as required.


    • University degree in Business Administration or related field, plus generally eight years of directly related experience.
    • Demonstrated ability to facilitate customer meetings, negotiate and influence outcomes.
    • Strong project management and leadership skills.
    • PMP Certification is a plus.
    • Ability to identify and manage priorities.
    • Track and meet schedules for multiple projects while maintaining high quality and exceptional customer service.
