    Under general supervision, manages and coordinates assigned client accounts to insure that deadlines are met. Ensures lines of communication internally and with clients are kept open. Processes incoming work and/or generates technical reports as efficiently as possible. Works according to policies and general objectives as defined by senior management.


    • Communicates with Clients/Customers regarding testing inquiries both in written and verbal formats.
    • Coordinate with Clients/Customers for non-technical issues.
    • Timely communication to facilitate resolution of customer complaints and issues.
    • Record all Customer interactions and maintain Customer Relations Contacts in web-based Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform.
    • Provide timely and high level quality of customer relations to both external and internal customers.
    • Any ad hoc projects as required.


    • Some College plus generally one year of directly related experience.
    • Prior experience with web-based CRM platform preferred.
    • Ability to use judgment in technical, client services, and management issues.
    • Client Services experience is a plus.
    • Excellent phone and email etiquette; Web/Chat Customer Relations experience preferred.
    • Well organized, detail oriented with good time management skills.
    • Ability to work collaboratively with others in a fast paced environment.
    • Effective computer and communication skills, written and verbal.
    • Experience with MS Word, Excel, and Access; typing speed of 50+ adjusted WPM with no errors.
    • Physical demands include, but are not limited to, standing, reaching, stooping/bending, walking, and lifting/carrying objects up to 25lbs.
