    Responsibilities

    Under general supervision, conducts investigations for Consumer clients by conducting standardized tests, recording test data, assembling and disassembling products, materials and equipment for testing products. As instructed, examines customer samples and conducts basic laboratory tests.

    • Operate laboratory equipment and instrumentation
    • Performs routine care of designated test equipment and work area
    • Work with hand tools, power tools, cutting devices, and sharp hand tools
    • Work with computer systems such as MS Office, LIMS, and other systems
    • Detail oriented, capable of working in a fast-paced environment
    • Basic knowledge of scientific principles
    • Perform other duties as directed

    Qualifications

    • Higher secondary education and/or laboratory experience preferred but not required. 
    • Demonstrated ability to multitask, perform basic laboratory tests and record basic laboratory results.
    • Demonstrated ability to use hand and power tools. 
    • Mechanical Aptitude required. 
    • Ability to work 2nd shift a must.
