    Commercial Operations Manager will support commercial operations including Sales Operations, Pricing, Sales effectiveness & moving towards Data based decision making. This position needs to work closely with the Sales, Finance, Operations, & other senior leaders of the organization.

    Responsibilities

     

    Sales Operations

    • Design, implement, and manage sales forecasting process, participate in sales review process, develop dashboards to drive meaningful discussions
    • Drive insights & accuracy in the sales forecasting process & tools
    • Support in planning & budgeting process
    • Support with analytics and business insights as needed

     

    RFP/Pricing

    • Managing the pricing & profitability calculation per bid/RFP & overall for the division
    • Establish efficient processes and accurate reports and dashboards to enable sales leaders to respond to market challenges and drive revenue growth
    • Execute, Implement & control the discount approval process, List Price management
    • Establish clear guidelines for the RFP process and manage the process flow
    • Participate in negotiation and contracts, review commercial conditions, maintain profitability and consistent pricing approach across regions.

     

     

    Sales Effectiveness

    • Participate in Sales Incentive Planning, structure & approach, sales compensation design
    • Owner of CRM tool & process which fits to business needs, drive adoption of CRM globally
    • Create new tools & establish processes to make the sales / operations find relevant information easier & faster; act as a central stage/repository for information from multiple sources and arrange in a meaningful way for stakeholders
    • Participate in Target Setting & management of client / targets assigned by regions compared to regional budgets

     

     

    Data Based Decision making

    • Establish performance & measurement metrics that lead to effective business visibility & decision making
    • Drive towards data based decision making. Develop Business Analytical Insights such as:
      • Customer segmentation, Client Churn, Identify margin leaking clients, statistical analysis for forecasting under contractual business etc. (Others as needed)

    Qualifications

    • Successful, well‑rounded person with a University degree and typically 5 plus years of MS Dynamics, or related tools experience
    • Experience with sales processes, administration, and implementing new sales process.
    • Ability to work with Sales, Marketing and IT organizations effectively.
    • Strong process orientation.
    • Superior communication skills
    • Organizational savvy, ideally having successfully worked in a matrixed organizational structure.
    • Ability to influence others in matrix environment.
    • An innovative and resourceful problem solver with a strong entrepreneurial bent; an individual who is firm and decisive in addressing difficult issues, and can operate effectively in fast‑paced and demanding environments.
    • Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.
