    Responsibilities

    The Project Coordinator will be part of a fast-paced environment with a strong focus on global collaboration, minimal layers of management and the freedom to make meaningful contributions in a setting that encourages creativity and out-of-the-box thinking.

     

    • Analyzes project or program objectives to determine methodology and development plan. Develops estimates of cost, time, and resource needs.
    • Collects data from a variety of sources. Evaluates and interprets data and draws conclusions.
    • Prepares and presents reports which include recommendations and supporting arguments. May present reports at various levels of the organization, including the corporate level.
    • Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
    • Successfully manage the relationship with the client and stakeholders.
    • Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
    • Create and Maintain comprehensive project documentation.
    • Recommends processes, information systems, and performance management systems. Evaluates performance of programs to standards and recommends corrective actions.
    • Serves on committees and represents the viewpoint of management.
    • Performs other duties as directed.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor of Science degree, preferably Industrial/Systems or Electrical Engineering
    • Strong organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
    • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Intermediate to advanced Excel, PowerPoint and data analysis skills
    • MS Project experience preferred
