    The Project Coordinator assists in the planning of projects and program management and is professional trained to use tools and processes from the field of project management to improve business outcomes. The UL Digital Health Cybersecurity Project Coordinator will have the primary responsibilities of project logistics, planning, some customer interaction, tracking, and supporting the billing of projects
    throughout the life of the UL Cybersecurity project. This individual must have enough domain knowledge to understand what projects have in common, and how these projects will help the UL Digital Health business to succeed, learn, and evolve.



    • Follows project plan to achieve stated objectives. Recommends revision of project plans and schedule.
    • Collects data from a variety of sources. Evaluates and interprets data and draws conclusions.
    • Coordinates and facilitates cross-functional team activities for achieving a common objectives.
    • Supports proper staffing and resourcing of project.
    • Provides project status updates to client and management.
    • Identifies and reports potential problems and recommends corrective action or schedule / project adjustments.
    • Prepares reports, which include recommendations and supporting arguments.
    • Assists in developing and delivering presentations of reports. May present reports to small groups within a subunit(s) of UL.
    • Track project progress, costs, expense, report weekly on project progress and completion, review customer submission packages for readiness.
    • May serve on committees and represent viewpoint of management.
    • Performs other duties as directed.


    • Some University education in Business Administration or related field.
    • Ability to be well-organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented. 
    • Some software or cybersecurity knowledge desired.
    • Oracle, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project (or equivalent PM Tool set), Word and Fulfilment tool set knowledge desired.
