- Establishes goals to meet objectives. Develops and implements program processes, information systems and procedures with client expectation and requirements; ensure all inspection and audit activities are carried out in accordance with client specification and compliance. Provide technical consulting services to clients.
- Reviews project status, project management, ensures operational delivery, and closes any gaps. Implements and executes continuous improvement and techniques in the program. Frequently interacts with subordinate managers, customers and functional peer group managers. May interact with senior management.
- Assign work tasks and estimates staffing requirements to meet customer needs. May manage the performance of direct reports by defining accountabilities, establishing performance objectives, providing career counseling, feedback and guidance, and ensuring that all policies are understood and adhered to.
