    Under minimal supervision, the Administrative Specialist performs administrative support functions and a wide variety of administrative data entry duties, including back office document management processing. Resolves complicated and sensitive questions and problems. Request further information for projects that are deemed incomplete; utilizing multiple SOP’s / work instructions daily. This position has minimal customer interaction and does not require meeting or travel coordination.


    - Applies varied and moderately complex clerical procedures, methods, and techniques to support business functions and processes.

    - Demonstrates time management skills by prioritizing daily duties and contributing to special tasks as needed.

    - Assists in preparing reports, documents, answering questions regarding processes and procedures and reporting needed changes.

    - Performs other duties as directed.

    Higher Secondary Education. One-year clerical experience.
