DSRI’s mission is to better protect individuals and societies from financial, mental, and physical harms caused by rapidly evolving digital threats such as cybercrime, identity theft, mis/disinformation, and algorithm/AI automation. Specifically, DSRI is developing and continuously improving digital safety pipelines, consisting of open-source tools integrating the latest AI safety research, to enable tool users (i.e., concerned citizens, researchers, developers, and assessors) to collaborate to create a safer digital ecosystem.
