    We are currently seeking a Project Handler to join our Camas/Vancouver team!


    In this position, you will focus on supporting our customers from the front end of their projects; entering them into our system, ordering samples, and collecting information to set up our engineering team for success. Our ideal candidate will have excellent organization skills, strong communication skills (verbal and written), be detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast paced environment. This is a great opportunity to learn about the breadth of consumer technology products that UL tests and certifies with no two days being the same!

    Additionally, you will be responsible for:


    • Communicating with clients and assisting in the preparation, writing, and revision of correspondence, and procedures.
    • Collects and identifies information relevant to projects on a wide variety of product categories.
    • Responsible for answering correspondence, sending application forms to clients, and assisting with preparation of specific test schedules.
    • Communicates with managerial and non-managerial personnel and clients by telephone, in person, and via email to clarify information pertinent to product description and clearly transmits information relative to the preparation of engineering reports.
    • Uses system software and Microsoft Office Suite to prepare project correspondence and seamlessly coordinates and performs routine project follow ups with clients.
    • Performs other duties as directed.


    • Four years related work experience.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
