Provide functional and technical support for Oracle E-Business Suite R12 enhancements and system upgrades. Identify business gaps and inconsistencies and develop action plans. Work with business users to understand business process needs and develop the system requirements based on those needs. Assist in design, development, testing and implementation activities. Work with other IT teams to integrate Oracle with key applications. Expand and modify systems to serve new purposes or improve workflow.
Bachelor’s in Computer Science or Business Administration.
Seven (7) years of experience with implementing Oracle applications.
Will accept Master's +5 in lieu of Bachelor's +7.
Must have each of the following: 1) 5 years of experience with Oracle e-Business Suite R12 Order Management and Advanced Pricing; 2) Oracle Order to Cash Process flows; 3) SQL Developer or Toad Query; 4) Performing business process design leveraging best practices; 5) 2 years of experience with Oracle Service Controls module.
