    Responsible for the implementation of field strategy for the GMP, QMS and Food Safety audit business in conjunction with business leadership. As assigned by Registrar Technical Manager, the Registrar Field Operations Supervisor identifies, onboards, trains and monitors new and experienced staff on the completion of assigned client GMP, QMS and food safety audits and other related Advisory Services.  Manages operational procedures and develops best practices. Ensures audits are performed with consistency and efficiency through calibration and management of assigned FTE and IC Audit Teams, participates in the technical review of audit reports, acts as a competent evaluator, and develops competency to act in role as program lead. 


    1. Supervises the day-to-day delivery of high quality field services. Monitors daily productivity and quality of work and assist in allocating resources as required.
    1. Supervises field services projects concurrently and ensures completion within time frames. Evaluates audit and inspection services against established protocols; Makes technical decisions.
    1. Works with the operations team to resolve customer issues on a regular basis. Identifies and resolves customer complaints and employee related performance issues.
    1. Ensures the team’s understanding of and compliance with all established policies and requirements. Responsible for keeping Operations Managers informed about the team members’ development, performance and morale.
    1. Manages the performance of the team. Manages the performance of direct reports by defining accountabilities, establishing performance objectives, providing feedback and guidance, and ensures that all policies are understood and adhered to.
    1. Ensure the auditors receive necessary training and assistance to complete their responsibilities. Document and track the training of the auditors and review the progress with them on a monthly basis, or as necessary.
    1. Conduct audits and participate in recruitment of local staff as necessary.
    1. Perform other position related duties as assigned.


    • University Degree (Equivalent to Bachelor’s degree) in Science or a related discipline and three years’ work experience.
    • Experience in quality, vendor and/or operation management of consumer product(s) manufacturing, testing or retailing.
    • Willingness and ability to travel to other regions and or throughout the designated country (up to 80% annually).
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English 
    • Creative and innovative thinking to problem solve and streamline processes.
    • Ability to remain, objective and professional in challenging situations
    • Ability to work in fast paced work environment both independently and in a group setting and to interact with all levels of staff.
    • Ability to lead a team to improve the performance in quality and build productive capacity.
    • Proficient in internet navigation, e-mail and PC software such as Microsoft Word, Excel.
    • Auditor Credentials are a plus such as:
      • ASQ CQA; ASQ CQM; ISO QMS; ISO Medical Device QMS; SQF Auditor BRC Auditor FSSC Auditor
    • Position can be Home-base role or office report if close enough to UL office.
